Paying the bank or paying a fine in the police? What is the best option?
Q: Hi, My husband has an existing police case in Dubai for a bounced cheque amounting to 150,000AED. He and the police agreed that he will pay the fine on Nov17. Now, the bank Legal Lawyer talked with my husband and said that instead of paying the fine, my husband can pay the bank so that the loan will be lessened (his estimated balance is 95k), then they will withdraw the police case. We are planning to talk to them to restructure the loan. What should be the best thing to do in this case? Thank you so much in advance for the answers!

Resignation without notice for delaying payment of salary
Q: I am working with a hotel which comes under the immigration department. I have a limited contract of 3 years. I want to resign and breach the contract due to a delay in salaries.
