رفع البنك دعوى ضد مقترض رغم سداد الأقساط
س: السلام عليكم، لدي قرض سيارة بتاريخ انتهاء 10/2019. كان هناك تأخير قسطين وكنت أودع شهريًا قسطًا. لم أتوقف عن الإيداع. عند إيداع آخر مبلغ وهو آخر قسط وبعده تتم معاملة فك رهن، علمت أن البنك لم يسحب آخر قسطين وتم رفع دعوى ضدي. ما الإجراءات التي يمكنني اتباعها؟ أرجو إفادتي بنوع القضية التي قد تكون مرفوعة ضدي مع العلم أن المبلغ المطلوب مني موجود بالحساب لديهم. شكرًا!

Q: Hi! I need your suggestion and advice regarding my case. I`m about to file a resignation letter to my current employer. I was working with them as a regular employee for 5 years. Previously, I signed a new limited contract for 2 years and I got a new offer letter to a new company. Returning to home country with children without wife's approval
Q: We are Muslims and I`m married 8 years ago and I have two children; a 5-year old daughter and a 2-year old son. We are still living together. Due to my financial situation, I decided to go back to my home country but my wife`s family is not allowing her to leave or take the children with me. Her family keeps on interfering in my family`s life and turning her against me. Going back to the country means I want to give my children a good education, a professional life, and a better future. In this situation, what I can do? I can`t leave my family here and go without my children.

Preparing a will for giving the entire inheritance to granddaughter
Q: I am a UAE citizen. My son passed away. I have no other children and I am divorced. I only have one granddaughter who is American/Canadian. I also have 2 brothers and 2 sisters and a mother. The applied law when the employment agreement is not approved
Q: I was the CEO of a private office & group of companies owned by one of Abu Dhabi Sheikhs. My visa was issued for the private office and it was for three years. We both signed a special employment agreement. The agreement was not filed or approved by the Labour Department. I had no labour card. Also, my payroll was not paid through the Wages Protection System of the Labour Department. Does the labour law apply to any dispute with the employer or we should see the provisions of the employment agreement?

Resigning and leaving to home country without visa cancellation
Q: Dear Sir, I worked for a company with an unlimited contract as an archives clerk for almost 7 months. I resigned from my job due to an emergent court case in my country without giving notice period and asked them to cancel as early as possible but in vain. I left the country without cancellation. I sent all my court documents to my company to prove that my exit was an emergency. My question is: if I come back before the six-month period ends for visa cancellation, what consequences I could face as per the labour law?
