How to act when stuck in cash embezzlement case with my company?

Q: Dears Please note I am stuck in a cash embezzlement case with my company for 44k and I made a written confession about this and will return the amount. My cheque and passport are on hold with the company. One more colleague of mine is involved in this case and he confessed for 204,000. If he doesn`t pay, will that affect my agreement? Can the company retract the agreement and case against me? I made some payments to the company and I have the proof of payments. Now the company wants to audit the amount. If there`s any difference, they will ask me to sign a new contract which I don`t want to because I have not taken that amount. If the other colleague who is involved also doesn`t accept.the difference amount, what will be the scenario? Please advise

Q: Hi everyone. I need help regarding a criminal case. I lost my job years ago in Dubai and while in the search for a new job, my passport expired in that period. Q: Hi! Good Day! I hope everyone is well. I just want to ask something about my situation here in Bahrain. I finished my 2 years` contract here last April 15, 2021. The company where I used to work asked me whether I want to renew my contract, I said yes, but I want to take my 2 months vacation. We had an agreement only verbally, no letters or anything, just verbal agreement. So they renew my visa and I wait for my ticket. But 1 month later, there was no vacation. I waited again, but there is no ticket. So I decided to resign for the 2nd time. My resignation letter is dated September 15, 2021, in which my last day of work is October 16. I waited for my ticket. I stopped working now but I`m still here in Bahrain. Also, they made a new contract but I didn`t sign it. Is there anything I can do so I can go back to my country and also get indemnity?

Q: I have come to Dubai for the rent of my apartment. I came to know that the real estate agent frauded and cheated me by using my expired POA in 2016. Now nobody is listening to me.
