هل ذكر العمولة في عرض العمل فقط دون العقد يثبت الحقوق والالتزامات؟

س: السلام عليكم، أنا صاحب شركة أصدرت خطابًا أو عرض عمل ذكرت به نسبة مبيعات، ولكن عند توقيع عقد العمل لم أذكر النسبة في العقد. هل هناك قوة لعرض العمل أم عقد العمل هو ما يُثبت الحقوق والالتزامات؟

They have already canceled my visa but when I asked about my gratuity payment and pending salaries, my manager told me that I can get it within a month or two and that if I still didn`t receive it, just told me that they will contact me if ever the cheque is ready. My question is: Do I still have a chance to get my entitlement such as a guarantee of receiving my gratuity, and pending salaries despite my visa being already canceled? Then three years later, I got a driver`s visa to Saudi Arabia and when I went to the Saudi Dammam airport, they told me that I am banned from all GCC countries due to a UAE case. Then how did I get my visa?! When they were deporting me from Saudi Arabia airport, they gave me a paper and mentioned that I am blacklisted.

س: السلام عليكم عزيزي المحامي، بدأت إجراءات توظيفي في إحدى الجامعات الحكومية وقد طلبوا مني تعبئة بعض النماذج التي تحتوي على معلومات عني وعن عائلتي كما طلبوا صورة من جواز السفر وصورة شخصية بخلفية بيضاء. علمت بطريقة ما أنه قبل أن يبدؤوا في أي شيء في التوظيف يحتاجون إلى الموافقة الأمنية. ما هذه الموافقة الأمنية؟ وهل هي أمر معقد؟ وكم تأخذ من الوقت حتى تصدر؟ إن كنت أحمل جنسية أوروبية إلى جانب العربية، فهل هذا يعني شيئًا سلبيًا أو إيجابيًا؟ شكرًا على الإفادة!

What are the license options available for Bahraini nationals to start a home business?

Q: Hello, We are working on home business for pastry and bakery items in Bahrain. I`m a Bahraini national and checked for online CR but apparently the virtual ones are limited to specific fields that doesn`t fall under our nature of business. Are there other forms of home business approval setup? I don`t think we are ready now to scale up and have a CR with rented retail space.
