Can a marriage be completed without the bride's Wali?

Dear sir/madam,

Can a Nikkah be completed without the bride's Wali?

If so, what documents are required?

Instead of a Wali, if a Wakeel is required, what documents are needed?

Wali is a must.

The Wali documents are ID, passport, and the relationship documents.

We are both UK citizens.

I am settled here in Dubai and the bride would like simple Nikkah here. She does not have Wali and does not want to register the marriage here.

Only Nikkah Islamically to stay together and then register back in the UK. Is this possible here with am Imam?

To confirm again, is it possible to do Nikkah here in Dubai with a local Imam instead of the bride's Wali so we can stay together in a halal manner and they will provide a document of Nikkah so we can register later on? Or just Nikkah and no document?

You can stay together after Nikah and submit the request for the Wali.
