A tenant sublets an apartment. What can the landlord do?

Q: Dear sir/madam, Our tenant in Dubai has sublet our studio apartment to bachelors (four females staying in the studio unit). We have also confirmed this with inspection with the government and they have confirmed it is indeed four females living there and they provided us with a report. How long does it take to evict and break the contract early? In addition, can the tenant seek compensation from the landlord?

How can a sleeping partner recover his benefits as an employee?

Q: Dear sir/madam, I am a sleeping partner in a private LLC company in Dubai. I am paid a salary monthly. I am in the process of resigning from the company. However, the Indian partner is not willing to give me end-of-service benefits as per the labor contract. He wants to reduce the benefit amount. Please note that I am authorized to operate the company bank account and can sign cheques and other documents. How do I recover my benefits legally? Please advise!

س: بعد التحية، تم إنشاء شركة كبيرة رأس مالها 10.000.000 وكان الكفيل إماراتيًا. صديقي اتفق معه على الكفالة ولكنه لم يكن حريصًا وكان الآخر أذكى وطمع في الشركة فألغى التوكيل الضد الذى بينهما؛ حيث أنه لم يتضمن أن يُلغَى بوجود طرفيه. الآن رفع قضية على صديقي ويطالبه بـ 51% من الشركة إلى جانب أن جميع المعدات مركونة بقالها سنة والشركة متوقفة. يريد إبعاده والاستيلاء على الشركة كلها الآن مع أن كل الأصول والممتلكات باسم الشركة التي دفع مالها كله صديقي المغلوب على أمره.

Can a bank file a case for a bounced cheque in other GCC countries?

Q: Dear sir/madam, I have unpaid debts in the UAE for bounced check + credit card of 150000 AED. This bank filed a criminal (or police) case and most recently, a civil case against me in the UAE. Now, I am trying to get a job in one of the GCC countries to be able to pay for the first payment (50% of the debts, and the others as instalments, since this bank refused any other payment ways). I know that the bank has branches in the GCC countries. Can this bank, at any time he wishes, share my case information with one or all his branches in GCC countries so they can file cases against me there as well? Thanks!

Q: Dear Lawyers, I would like to bring to your kind attention that a month back, I won a case against my employer (the case is rejected by the court) of AED 90,000. After 10 days of the first instance decision, my employer filed an appeal. The court has given the first hearing date of appeal.
