Q: Dear Sir/Madam, I would like to inquire about health insurance for a tourist visa. My boyfriend’s grandmother visited the UAE on December 24, 2023, from Italy. She is a Filipina and an Italian citizen. In an unexpected scenario, she was rushed to the hospital on December 28th, had surgery due to a hemorrhage, is in a comatose stage, and is still in the ICU to this date. As per the doctor’s advice, she will be staying in the country for at least a month. Q: Hi, We own a small pet shop business in Dubai, and a customer posted an extremely damaging Google review, advising people not to use our services. She was initially very pleased after her dog was groomed, paid for the service, and even thanked the groomer for the excellent job—all of which we have on CCTV. The eviction notice is for personal use, the landlord wants to sell. Is it still valid?
Q: Dear Sir/Madam, I have received a notice through Dubai courts from the landlord stating that he does not want to renew for the purpose of "Personal Use," as mentioned in the notice. He brought his family for viewing as well. After a couple of weeks of the notice, he sent me a WhatsApp message saying that he wants to show the house to other viewers because he is willing to sell.Is the notice I received still valid? Should he send me a new notice mentioning that he wants to sell? Does the current notice force me to leave the house in case he sells it before my contract ends?

Q: Greetings, I have a tenant who has not paid his rent for over 1 year. He promises to pay but nothing happens and his checks bounce every time.
