Employer's right to deduct damages from the employee's EOSB in case of mistakes
Q: Hello, I`m structural detailer/draftsman. My employer terminated me last Nov. 30, 2020, due to some mistakes of work. But now more than 1 month already he doesn`t want to cancel my visa and he told me to go back to my home country without cancelling my visa. Otherwise, he will file a case against me due to my mistakes and he wants to deduct the cost of rework and material scrapped from my settlement (AED 15k of total cost) due to my mistakes. Hope you can help me and give advice on what to do in this situation. Thank you in advance.

Can the tenant file a case for security deposit in case of damaging property?
Q: Hi Team, I rented my property to a gentleman and the lease expired on 14th November 20. The tenant refuses to agree on the maintenance issues like broken tiles, door hinges and improper painting done by him. He asked me to sign that all are clear and refused to give the key. Checking the status of a case after losing the checkbook
Q: Assalamo Alaikum, How are you, sir? Last year, I had a case in Sharjah because someone put a cheque case against me. I complained about the loss of my checkbook before that. I refused the charge in court and the other party didn`t come on 4 hearings so the court released me without any guaranty. Impact of missing a loan instalment after job loss on travelling outside the UAE
Q: I am leaving the country within the month due to being laid off from work. I was late in paying my latest loan instalment by only one day, which resulted in the bank calling to ask why last month`s salary was not credited. I told them that I was still employed with the company and that this month`s salary will be credited without any issue. I told them that I paid the last loan instalment anyway. This explanation seems to have satisfied the bank representative, however, I`m still concerned. I am currently updated on my loan payment, with no other debt except for this loan. I plan to continue my payments once I`m back home as I am starting a business. I cannot pay my loan if I get stuck here in the UAE. Is travel ban a possibility when I leave the country in the coming weeks?

Labour rights of the employee in case of termination during probation
Q: If the employer terminates you during the probation period with immediate effect on the same day and makes you sign a notice of termination, is this right since it`s unlimited labour agreement? So for example, the termination happened on 23rd March immediately but then the notice shall be given 30 days before the last working day, how can the 23rd be the last working day?

Is it possible to transfer money from personal account to company account?
Q: Hi there, I`m a new business owner in Dubai (Professional Consulting services - business consulting, startup consulting etc.), and I recently opened my business bank account. I know in order to get loans or credit cards, banks ask for bank statements... etc., and as I am just starting out there is not much revenue in my account.
