س: السلام عليكم، اشتريت شقة في الشارقة وفيها مستأجِر. هل أستطيع إخلائه مع انتهاء عقده السنوي دون الالتزام بشرط أن يبقى مستاجرًا لمدة ثلاث سنوات على الأقل قبل أن أستطيع استرداد الشقة؟

Q: Hello, Please help, I was not able to pay my loan within 3 months for the amount of 841 monthly, because I had to undergo a major caesarian operation. The balance amount of my loan is only like 17 thousand, and the bank deposited the 40,400 security cheque on my account so it will be bounced. I can arrange the overdue balance, but the fines of the bounced cheque they raised are giving me a heavy load to settle. They keep adding interest on my payment since before, even when I`m paying monthly regularly. Please help and advise. They said they will proceed to court. The interest is giving me too much heavy financial crisis.

Q: Kindly advise me. My contract with my employer is an unlimited contract. I resigned from my job and on resignation when I demanded my return air ticket, my employer told me that they are not responsible for my repatriation. They will deduct it from my final settlement. Is this correct?

س: السلام عليكم، اشتريت أرض منحة وقال البائع وقت البيع أنها أرض قديمة ومحذوفة من قائمة المنح، لكن لا يستطيع تعديل الأرض من منحة إلى ملك إلا بعد البناء عليها وقبلت بهذا الشرط وبنيت عليها. عند الانتهاء من البناء لم يستطع البائع التنازل عن الأرض بسبب منع البيع أو التصرُّف في أرض المنحة وأنا أكمله منذ 18 شهرًا ولم أحصل على تنازل ولم أستطع إدخال كهرباء أو الاستفادة من البيت بأي شكل من الأشكال، وسبب التعطيل من البائع. كيف أتصرف؟

Q: My firm (based in Dubai) is owed AED 140,000 for providing manpower services to support catering operations for a Dubai-based business head office in Abu Dhabi. They have failed to pay my invoice since Sept 2017, we keep chasing them all but management changed and they don`t bother to attend any emails or calls.
