I resigned during probation and the employer holds passport and cancellation

Q: I worked my 6 months probation and after a few months got an offer. I gave my resignation letter which my boss signed as "not accepted". I asked and they told me it was illegal. I stopped working on my resignation date, but they sent intimidating messages that they are going to put absconding on my visa. They won`t release my passport, they won`t pay me or cancel my visa, and I have to pay visa costs. What should I do, because they told me they have bigger lawyers I can`t win them. How can I get helped?

Can the bank file a case for delay in paying one EMI of my personal loan?

Q: I am G. M. T. and I am holding a personal loan with a bank. My amount to be paid is nearly 50000 dirhams and my monthly EMI is 3060. I am facing irregularities in my salary and I manage somehow to pay my bank EMI on time by end of the month. Q: Hi I acquired a loan in the UAE and made timely payments. But due to some emergency, I had to fly back to my country and lost my job. Although the gratuity amount was paid to the bank which was around 50% of the actual amount, the remaining amount is still around 260k. I had a life-threatening accident and was not able to travel back and it`s almost 6 years. I keep getting regular messages from the bank about the repayment and filing a case against me. Q: Hi! I have been living in a rented house which I haven`t signed an agreement with for almost three months. But due to some issues with my work, I had to hand over my resignation and now I am waiting for the payment from my work to pay the rent which is due on the 3rd of the month. Harassment by the employer after filing a case for holding salaries

Q: I am working in a security company. They haven`t given me a job for a long time. They want to take my passport by force, which is against Dubai rules. They are not sending me on duty for a long time. Also, they didn’t settle my accounts and gave me a cancellation. For that, I filed a case against my company and already it’s been transferred into labor court. Now the company owner wants to get me out of the company accommodation. He threatens me in many ways. He says what you do with police or court, you can`t do anything to me. I am so afraid and helpless. Till the judgment comes from the Court, can my company owner get me out of accommodation? How to confirm that a loan case is closed

Q: Hi, I got a case registered last May 2021 because of a loan from a financial institution. I just recently found out that I have a case because my mobile number registered on my EID is wrong. I came to the police station to settle it. I did not pay any fine but the police asked me to come back after 2 weeks. I`ve checked my case status on the Dubai police app and my case was removed. I am just wondering why the officer told me to come back? My loan is less than 30k. Am I going to pay the fine even though they removed the case on the app already?

What can I do if the law firm I hired took more than the agreed fees upon judgment?

Q: I had a civil compensation case (road accident) with a law firm in Abu Dhabi in 2017. During the initial stage, they had sent an advocate fee agreement mentioning 15% of the collected money from the court by email, I have signed and sent it to them by courier. But, they failed to provide a signed copy to me and I also forgot to get the same due to my work pressure at that time. The court judgment and compensation money also came to the lawyer`s account, and now my lawyer is asking for 20% advocate fees. I did not agree with the same. After a few days of this conversation, they verbally agreed to 15% fees and requested to send account details, and I sent my account details. They transferred money after deducting 20% advocate fees, I have sent many emails to release my remaining amount based on the 15% calculation, but they are not replying or responding to my emails. Currently, I am in India due to losing my job during the COVID situation. Please advise how to get my remaining money from them.
