How can I make a settlement for personal loan to pay from outside the UAE?

Q: Hello I am N, I was living in the UAE at the time I took a personal loan. I was paying back the installments all on time until I lost my job. I was searching for a job but had no luck and I was not able to get any job in the UAE. After a few months, I got an offer from Bahrain and I moved to Bahrain. I took this opportunity because I have had no job for a few months. It`s hard to run my daily life and the salary which I currently earn is not matching my last job. I was trying to contact the bank to know if they can help me, but unfortunately, they are not helping to get the solution. Instead, they have handed over this to the agency and they keep calling me for the payment. Even with the agency, I am trying to request the same if they can help me but no use again. They keep saying they will take legal action and they will impose a travel ban on me which I really not impressed with when am ready to pay if they really help to reduce the monthly installments. Please kindly help me with your advice. Thanks

Q: I have given NOC to my wife to start working 6 months ago and it started impacting our kids and marriage. I asked her kindly to stop working but she is not accepting it and she is being very stubborn. She got a maid without a visa to stay with the kids while she is at work and I rejected that. The owner of a property I am buying has sent an eviction notice to the tenant. Do I need to send too?

Q: Hi, I am buying a property that is already rented and an eviction notice has been given by the existing owner in the last week of Jan 2023, where the tenancy contract is going to end in August. I am buying this property for my personal use, so in this regard, I have the following questions: 1. Once the property is transferred to my name (most likely by mid-March 2023), do I need to sign a new tenancy contract? And if yes, what will be the end date? Will it be 12 months from starting the new tenancy contract or August 2023 2. Do I also need to issue an eviction notice as a new owner or the previous eviction notice will be valid (issued by the previous owner)?

Can the employer add in the offer letter to claim visa expenses in case of resignation?

Q: Hi. Companies A & B are owned by the same person. I was hired under A with a job offer stating that if I do not finish my 2-year contract, I need to pay visa costs and training, etc. However, my visa was processed under B which is a DMCC company. And non-completion of visa payments was not mentioned in the submitted contract during visa processing. Is my offer letter with A still binding, and do I have to pay if I will only stay with the company for 1 year?
