Can landlord change terms of lease renewal if it's less than a year?

Q: Dear Sir/Madam, My lease expires at the end of October. However, my landlord served us a notice for eviction in February through the proper channels. Our lease is now due to end in October, as that is when the contract expires. However, the landlord is now saying that if we want to renew until February, we must do so under updated terms and a rent increase. Wouldn`t this just be an extension of the same terms, and it is not for a full year?

Can I refuse a transfer to a different location if my visa only lists one branch?

Q: Dear Sir/Madam, I currently work in a group of restaurants in the UAE, which are owned by different owners but have an overall founder. My visa was sponsored by one of the branch owners and only lists the location of one branch. However, my sponsor wants to transfer me to work in another location that is not indicated on my contract or visa. Is there any way that I can protect myself from having to leave? Please help!

Q: Dear Sir/Madam, I have fully paid for and registered a property from a developer. There are no dues on my part. My wife and I own the property, which was registered in 2019. The property was supposed to be delivered in 2020, but the builder has not provided any official information and has only mentioned delays due to COVID-19 verbally. The property has not been handed over to us yet, and their office has not responded to our inquiries clearly. They always say that the property will be handed over in one or two months. My husband's education certificate is rejected for being fake. What happens now?

Q: Dear Sir/Madam, My husband and I went to MOFA to have his education certificate attested. However, they said that it is only possible to do so online. So we downloaded the application and submitted it online. The next day, a courier came to collect the documents. After three days, my husband received only a photocopy of his certificate. We were surprised to find out that it had been rejected. The paper said that the owner of the document must collect the original copy from MOFA Sharjah. We were terrified because we had just asked someone in the Philippines to have his documents attested. Our question is, if we collect the documents from MOFA Sharjah, will the authorities take my husband? What are our chances here? Obviously, if we knew the documents were fake, we would not have submitted them to be attested.
