Visa renewal during a pending credit card case
Can I change my visa to another company if I have a case for credit card non-payment or bounced cheque?

Dear Questioner,
Since the bank has already initiated a case against you, your passport would have gotten blacklisted.
However, you should be able to renew your visa despite the existence of a criminal case. In the event you are arrested by the police, you may submit a guarantor passport and then apply for renewal.
In your case, if you are changing your visa, it is better to settle the criminal case and obtain a police clearance certificate before applying for a new visa.
Hope the above explanation is satisfactory.
Thank you.
