استرداد المقدم المدفوع من المطور للتأخر في المشروع

لقد وقعت اتفاقية بيع وشراء مع مطور يدعى [------] لشراء وحدات في مشروعين هما [------] و [------] في عجمان خلال عام 2008.

بعد أكثر من عشر سنوات لم يكتمل المشروع بعد ولم يبدأ إلى الآن.

أحتاج إلى نصيحتك بشأن كيف يمكنني استرداد المبلغ الذي دفعته وفقًا لأحدث لوائح مؤسسة عجمان للتنظيم العقاري.

المبلغ 20٪ تقريبًا من السعر الأصلي.

You can send them a legal notice in this regard, and if you're not paid back, then subsequently file a complaint/case against them along with all of the evidence.

Do you charge any amount for consultation or it is free?

If I give you my case, what will the charges be starting from issuing a legal notice until the refund of my money?

Further, I want to know what will be fees for cheking the status if this project is with ARRA plus developer status that they are still available and didn't run away, because their telephone is not working.

I will appreciate if you provide your fees and details stepwise.
