Your brother may have to face serious consequences for leaving the UAE right after his visa renewal and also after taking 2 months salary in advance.

The employer will report him as absconded and may file a report against him in the police.

Please note that he may never be able to get even a visit visa for Dubai, and just in case, even after 5 years he has to pass transit from Dubai, he will be caught and may have to face a penalty for this at the time.
