According to the UAE Law, the person can conduct directly all legal actions by himself whether those actions are useful purely or harmful purely or revolving between the useful and harmful or other rights, without the need for the natural person to have a guardian regarding conducting those actions or exercising those rights, provided that the natural person reaches the legal age of consent and he is having all his entire mental capacity and is not forbidden for any reason.

The legal age of consent set out by above-referred articles is twenty-one years old of lunar calendar which is equivalent to about twenty years, four months and twenty days of solar calendar given that the lunar year is shorter than the solar year.
