رفع الحرمان المفروض بسبب قضية هروب غير صحيحة
سيدي المحترم،
فرض علي حرمان بسبب الهروب ولكني لم أهرب.
لقد أنهيت خدمتي ولدي المستندات ذات الصلة لإثبات ذلك، لكن جواز سفري كان في محاكم دبي لكفالة أخي ولدي رسالة من المحكمة لإثبات هذا أيضًا.
هل هناك أي إمكانية للطعن على الحرمان والعودة إلى الإمارات؟
لقد عشت طوال حياتي هناك، لقد أنهيت مدرستي وكليتي ثم عملت لمدة 11 عامًا في الشركة التي فرضت علي هذا الحرمان.

You need to submit a mercy request to remove your name from the ban list, but you need to prepare a full file starting from the case of your brother, your study and your work, which proves that you spend your life in the Emirates.
After you get your request approved, your name will be removed from the ban list then you can submit an application for a visit visa to come again.
