س: أنا هندي وأعيش في دبي منذ 25 عامًا. كانت لدى ابني قضية جنائية تتعلق بتزوير المستندات وقضى ثلاثة أشهر في السجن ثم تم ترحيله من الإمارات… ج: عندما يكون هناك ترحيل من الإمارات، لا يمكنه القدوم إلى الإمارات مرة أخرى ما لم يتم إلغاء هذا الترحيل. لذلك سوف يكون مدرجًا في القائمة السوداء…

Dear Questioner,

Thanks for keeping in touch with me.

When there is deportation from the UAE, he cannot come to the UAE again unless and until this deportation is cancelled.

So he will be in the blacklisted category and sure he will be caught at the airport. By using his old and new passport copies and visa page, it can be checked also.
