Leaving the country on emergency without cancellation

I sincerely urge you to give out more information next time when posting a question as this will enable us to give you exact and precise advise.

If you left the UAE without cancelling your visa and it's been over 6 months, then your visa will expire with you having to apply for a new one.

Similarly, your employer can file for absconding if you have failed to report to work after the leave granted.
