Recovery of agreed fee after the performance of contract
Hello Dear,
I’m a PR agency based in Paris (France) and I worked with a brand based in Dubai.
I signed an agreement with the brand for a celebrity placement, I did my job very well because the press impact was huge and now the brand refused to pay me.
Can you please tell me what can I do to be paid? Because I work alone in my PR agency, my legal status is auto-entrepreneur and the brand in Dubai is a society.
They are more powerful and rich than me. Thank you so much for your help.

Dear N.K.,
If you have signed an agreement with this brand and have already executed the job, you are entitled to get paid for your work.
If they have not made the payment as per the terms of the agreement, this gives rise to the breach of contract at their part.
If they are rich and still not honouring their part of the agreement, that may be a problem for them, not for you.
We may send him a Legal Notice to settle this matter as soon as possible.
