Recovery of money from developer for delay in property handover
I have a property that was supposed to be handed over about three years ago and still isn't. On the SPA, there is no anticipated completion date.
What can I do about this?

Dear Questioner,
Thanks for contacting online.
Even though there is no mentioning about the anticipated completion date, it should be handed over in a reasonable time.
Three years time is a quite unreasonable delay in handing over a property. So you have the right to revoke the deal and ask for your money back along with damages.
You can send a legal notice with your claim and proceed accordingly.
