Cyber crime and evidence to initiate a law suit
A Facebook account was created in my name with my head photoshopped into a naked lady's body and put as the profile picture.
I very well know it is my husband who did this since I am going through a divorce, but I do not have the proof for it.
I had taken screenshots of everything and had reported in the cyber cell as well, but no action was taken.
Now, he has deleted the account. I desperately want to trace this person and get the proof as he is constantly troubling me through other means.
Kindly advise what should be my next step?
In any proceedings evidence is the key. If there is no evidence and the police are not providing you with any support to it, then it will be very difficult to prove in the court.
You must arrange any proof you can that the person you doubt was behind it and then proceed further.
