Validity of non-competition clause stated in the offer letter only

Q: Good morning!
I have an offer letter (from my previous company) and a labour contract (MOHRE) which has different content. In the offer letter which was previously signed, we have a non-competition clause.
In the contract from MOHRE which was signed after two weeks, it is not stated that we are not allowed to transfer to a competitor. Should the offer letter be void as per Chapter 1, Article 7 of UAE Labor Law?
The letter is written purely in English, does this have an effect to consider it void? Only the contract from MOHRE has the Arabic language.
Article 2
Arabic shall be the language to be used in all records, contracts, files, data, etc. provided for in this Law or in any orders or regulations issued in implementation thereof.
Arabic shall also be used in instructions and circulars issued to employees by their employer. Where the employer besides Arabic uses a foreign language, the Arabic version shall prevail.

لدي استفسار صعب بعض الشيء بخصوص موظفة فلبينية على إقامة ولي أمرها، ولكنها كانت تعمل في شركة أبي لمدة ٤ سنوات، وعندي ورقة لا ممانعة من الأب.
بسبب مرضها كنا نجدد إقامتها سنويًا على أبوها ونتكفل نحن بالتكاليف.
المهم هذه البنت مجنونة، فقد صارت تحلم وتحب مدير الشركة وتذكر للموظفين أنها تحلم أن تصير بينهما علاقة. حاليًا أصبحت تتعمق في العمل لدرجة تجبر هذا المدير ألا يستغني عنها بأي شكل لتبقى بجانبه.
هذا المدير يهمه عمله فقط ولديه عائلة وأطفال. كيف يمكننا الحد من تغلغل هذه السيدة؟
يخبرني المدير أن لديها أسرارًا هامة خاصة بالشركة من مجوهرات وزبائن وأمور تتعلق بالأمانة، وإذا خرجت من الشركة، فقد تضر بصالح العمل لأن إقامتها ليست على الشركة.

Preparing a non-disclosure agreement before discussing a business idea

Q: I have a business idea. There are multiple workflows in my prepared document. Prior to discussing such topics with any business service provider, I will have to get an NDA signed by them.
While making such documents, what all articles of laws should I mention?
Also, please advise if it should be printed in a legal document or in a white sheet paper!

Is it necessary to get the NDAs attested by Notary Public?

Q: Hello,
My company is developing a real estate project and we are signing NDAs with many vendors and potential clients.
I wanted to ask if it is necessary to get the NDAs attested by Notary Public.
In case there is a conflict and the case goes to court, can we present the NDA (which is not attested) to the court?
Please advise on the same.

I want to early terminate my tenancy contract of one of my nurseries in JLT (retail unit) as the business is completely shut since March. I am unable to contact my landlord who is a Chinese national; he does not reply to email or call and may not be in Dubai.

I have been in Dubai 2 years ago. I left the country before the end of my contract with a hotel. I resigned after 4 months, they asked me to pay AED 5000 penalty.
Instead of paying the penalty, I just left and got back to my country. Am I banned? Will I be able to work in Dubai in the future?

Deducting housing allowance from end of service gratuity upon resignation 0
I have resigned from my current job and my last day is May 9th after a notice period of 2 months. I was employed for 4 years.
My employer has paid me a full year housing allowance and would like to deduct the remaining months from my end of service. Is this allowed? I have not been made aware that the amount would be deducted in case I resign.
Also, I am entitled to 30 days of leave per year. Since I have resigned, they have applied a pro-rata for this year for the end of service calculation. Is this allowed?
Shouldn't I be compensated for the 30 days that I have not taken?
