Questions & Answers
How can I cancel my current visa immediately without serving notice?
Hello,
I got an offer letter from another company. I want the immediate cancellation paper before 20th April.
I don't have time to submit my notice period registration. What should I do?
Please give me the best advice!
When faced with the need for immediate visa cancellation and the inability to serve the full notice period, offering payment in lieu of notice can be a viable option.
Payment in lieu of notice essentially means that you offer to compensate your employer for the financial loss they would incur due to your early departure.
This compensation typically equates to the salary you would have earned during the remaining notice period. Therefore, a mutual agreement to accept payment in lieu of notice can be legally valid.
Hello,
If you don't have time to submit a notice period, you can either negotiate with your employer or you need to compensate your employer with an amount equivalent to your notice period salary.

Dear Inquirer,
We are pleased to serve you and address your inquiries.
You can submit your resignation, but you will have to pay for the notice period if you do not wish to work during it.

Greetings,
You should abide by the wording of your contract and send a legal termination notice; otherwise, you will be subjected to a fine under Sec. 42, Para. 2, which reads as follows:
Based on the wish of either party, provided that the provisions hereof regarding termination of the employment contract and the notice period agreed upon in the contract are observed.
And Sec. 43, Para. 1, which reads:
Either party to the employment contract may terminate the contract for any legitimate reason, provided that the other party is notified in writing and work shall be performed during the notice period agreed upon in the contract, provided that such period is not less than (30) thirty days and not more than (90) ninety days.
The fine is determined according to the same section, Para. 3, which states:
The party who did not abide by the notice period shall pay to the other party compensation, which is called notice period allowance, even if the absence of notification does not cause damage to the other party, and the compensation shall be equal to the worker’s wage for the full notice period or the remaining part thereof.
Best Regards,
