هل من القانوني لشركة في البحرين أن تنهي عقد غير محدد المدة وتجبر العامل على أخذ الإجازة السنوية خلال فترة الإخطار؟

Whether it is legal for a company to terminate an unlimited contract (contract of employment for an indefinite term) will depend on the reason(s) or circumstance(s) of the termination, i.e. whether there was a legitimate reason for the termination under the Labour Law for the Private Sector.
I am afraid it is lawful for the company to force the employee to take his/ her accrued and untaken annual leave during the notice period (Article (59) (a) of the Labour Law for the Private Sector).
