السلام عليكم، لدي ملف تنفيذ عمالي. هل أستطيع التنفيذ على حصة الشركاء في رأسمال الشركة وإلزامهم بسداد المديونية حسب حصصهم؟

الأستاذ/ أحمد المحترم، تُوفي رجل بالإمارات تاركًا حساب بالبنك وسيارة. تريد أرملته وأولاده الحصول على إرث أبيهم. مع العلم أن أحد الأبناء تُوفي (مع العلم أن الوالدة لديها من ابنها المتوفَّى توكيل عام من قبل وفاته) وهم جميعًا يعيشون بدولة أجنبية.

رفعت زوجتي قضية طلاق للضرر ضدي وقت سفري للخارج وذلك بالضغط من أهلها، وقالت في لائحة الدعوى أنني هجرتها ولم أنفق عليها ولا على طفلي الاثنين وأنها استأجرت سكنًا خاصًا بعد أن تخليت عنهم، وهو لم يحدث جملة وتفصيلاً، وهناك ما يُثبت. تركت لهم المصروف الخاص بالبيت وهناك رسائل واتساب تشهد بذلك قبل السفر. ولكن لظروف مرض كورونا المنتشر حاليًا، لا يمكنني العودة بسبب إغلاق المطارات؛ ومع ذلك لا توجد مشكلة في إيجار السكن ولا المدارس وهناك مصروف لهم يكفي لمدة سنة. هل إن رجعت وقدمت ما لدي من مستندات تفيد بأنني أخبرتها بسفري لرؤية الوالد، ولدي عقد إيجار للسكن صالح لآخر سنة ٢٠٢٠، وحتى رسوم المدارس تُخصَم من حسابي في البنك مباشرة، يرفض القاضي طلب الطلاق للضرر؟ لقد أعدت حجز الأبناء في المدارس عن طريق الإنترنت للسنة القادمة ٢٠٢٠/٢٠٢١، هل هذا يكفي لرفض طلبها؟ مع العلم أن الزوجة لم ترفق أي ورقة في الدعوى تُثبت إدعائها بأنها قامت باستئجار سكن. أنا أملك تلك المستندات باسمي وجميع الرسوم المدرسية والسكن وقد أبلغتها عن طريق الواتساب بغرض السفر. مع العلم بأني مقيم في إمارة دبي.

السلام عليكم، ما المقصود بحل الشركة ذات المسؤولية المحدودة؟ وكيف يتم حلها؟ ومن له الحق أن يطالب بحل الشركة؟

السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته والدي مصري كان يعمل بوزارة التربية والتعليم الاماراتية منذ فترة 25 عام تقريباً وكان له رصيد في بنك وكان ينوي السفر لسحب الرصيد ولكن لم يشاء الله رب العالمين وتوفى والدي 8/4/2020. حالياً هل أستطيع أن أعرف هذا الرصيد بأي بنك موجود؟ أيضاً، هل يمكن أن أسحب الرصيد؟ مع العلم أن الوالد توفى دون إبلاغنا باسم البنك أو حجم الرصيد.

نحن شركة أجنبية في الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية ونريد أن نفتح شركة ذات مسؤولية محدودة في إمارة أبوظبي بشراكة مع مواطن إماراتي. ما الإجراءات المطلوبة لذلك؟ وهل هناك موافقات من الجهات المختصة داخل الولايات المتحدة؟ وما التكلفة؟

لقد غادرت دولة الإمارات منذ ثلاث سنوات وكنت قد أخذت قرض من البنك بقيمة 70000 وكنت قد سددت نصفه. لدي أيضاً بطاقة ائتمانية من بنك آخر بقيمة 12000 درهم سددت أصل المبلغ ولكن بقيت الفوائد. وقد أردت التسديد ولكن حدث خلاف معي ومع الوكالة التي أعمل معها وغادرت. أنا الآن أريد الرجوع لدولة الإمارات والعمل بها. كيف يكون الوضع معي وهل الآن أكون على قائمة الممنوعين من العمل أو من الدخول إلى الدولة؟ أرجو الرد

We had a bad lawyer in Iraq who stole property by forging documents. This man said he had many connections to help us. While it was true that he had connections, he didn’t actually help us. Instead, he cooperated with the bad lawyer, agreed with him, and gave the bad lawyer all our important documents.

Hello experts, I have a hold on my bank account even though I have shared all the requested documents with the bank proving that the money belongs to me. However, they keep insisting that the remitting bank requested a recall. Today, I received a notice of account closure from my bank. When I inquired about the amount on hold, I was informed that only the available balance will be issued via a manager's check. The issue has been ongoing for almost 5 months now.
