Checking status for travel ban or blacklist in the UAE

Hi

I had credit card debt in Dubai in 2004. Now I need to travel to Dubai on a work basis. Can you check if I have a travel ban?

I do not have my residence visa copy, however, I have my old passport details. I do not have my Emirates ID copy also.

Will you be able to find out with the passport copy?

Dear:

Thank you for your trust in us.

You should not go to the police yourself but send someone else who has the right to check (POA) the Dubai police for having circulars before you travel.

If you do not give a POA and want to check, we can help you with this without having POA and be sure of everything you have in the country with the police or the prosecution or Dubai Courts.

For any information, we will be happy if you contact us:

Dear Questioner,

We are able to assist with your travel ban check.

Traditionally, it is a common practice when conducting a travel ban check for the Police Departments to use your U.I.D. number from your residence visa to check for any travel ban.

We can approach the Department of Immigration before conducting the travel ban check to obtain your residence visa U.I.D. number, but it is not guaranteed they will release this information.

Despite the outcome from the Department of Immigration, we can still conduct a travel ban check against your name using your old passport details.

In order to conduct the travel ban check, I will need a Power of Attorney (“POA”) from you allowing us to act on your behalf.

You can book the service through the Legal Advice ME website, please let me know if you have any further questions regarding your current situation.
