Dear Mr Abdul Latheef,

Please note that if the claim amount is less than 100,000/-, sometimes the court may accept a waiver of the court fee or delay of the court fee after considering the financial background of the claimant.

You will not have any travel ban during the period. Please note that you will have to pay a lawyer fee only if you have appointed a lawyer. You may represent your self in the court if you have not appointed a lawyer.

However, please take note that all your points of claims shall be clear in a memo submitted before the court. If you need any further information or guidance please feel free to contact me.
