Status inquiry in the UAE for a bounced cheque case

I am an investor in Ajman free zone. I have a case in the legal department for a bounced cheque.

How can I check the status of my case and how it will be cleared?

Right now I am in Pakistan.

Thanks

Dear Mohyuddin,

Please note that the status of cases in the UAE can be enquired and confirmed.

You may issue a PoA, passport copy and visa page. You may send your passport and visa copy to me.

Please feel free to contact me if you need any further information, assistance or guidance in the above matter.

Thank you.

Thanks for your reply.

I will send all relevant documents now.

Can I travel to UAE now, as my entry permit has expired since over 6 months?

Please reply.

Thanks

Mohyuddin

Dear,

Thank you for your trust in us.

First: You may have paid all you have, but the owners of the debt did not make a waiver of those cases to force you to pay more money.

Second: If you have paid them an actual basis on which you paid, you would sign a contract or you would pay directly to your account they have.

Do you have the clearance from them or not?

My advice to you:

You should not go to the police yourself but send someone else who has the right to check (POA) with the Dubai police for having circulars before you travel.

If you don't want to give a POA and want to check, we can help you with this without having the POA and be sure of everything you have in the country with the police or the prosecution or Dubai court.

For any information, we are happy to help if you contact us:

Thanks, Mr Abdelhamid for contacting me and replying to my case. Let me explain to you my case.

As I have said to you, I am an investor in Ajman free zone and opened a free zone company there on 12 months monthly payments.

I had 8 cheques overdue out of 12 months and my agent in Ajman free zone who opened my company asked me to pay only 5 cheques and the balance of 3 cheques will be paid here in Ajman when you travel.

I paid 5 cheques but now he told me that you have a case generated inAjmann legal departments and you have to solve it yourself.

He told me that he doesn't have a time to solve my case.

I am so worried now because I took a loan here in Pakistan of 15000 AED and I paid to Ajman free zone. But now I am in between and can't travel there if my case has not been solved.

Also, my entry permit has expired and it's over 6 months because my visa is General Manager.

I have a few orders there and I must travel there.

Please give me recommendations or solutions on how you can check the status of my case and how you can solve this.

And also give me extension entry permit from Ajman immigration.

Thanks for your support and kindly tell me about your fees and charges.

Thanks

Mohyuddin
