Status inquiry in the UAE for a bounced cheque case
I am an investor in Ajman free zone. I have a case in the legal department for a bounced cheque.
How can I check the status of my case and how it will be cleared?
Right now I am in Pakistan.
Thanks
Mohyuddin

Dear Mohyuddin,
Please note that the status of cases in the UAE can be enquired and confirmed.
You may issue a PoA, passport copy and visa page. You may send your passport and visa copy to me.
Please feel free to contact me if you need any further information, assistance or guidance in the above matter.
Thank you.

Dear,
Thank you for your trust in us.
First: You may have paid all you have, but the owners of the debt did not make a waiver of those cases to force you to pay more money.
Second: If you have paid them an actual basis on which you paid, you would sign a contract or you would pay directly to your account they have.
Do you have the clearance from them or not?
My advice to you:
You should not go to the police yourself but send someone else who has the right to check (POA) with the Dubai police for having circulars before you travel.
If you don't want to give a POA and want to check, we can help you with this without having the POA and be sure of everything you have in the country with the police or the prosecution or Dubai court.
