هل من القانوني احتفاظ صاحب العمل بجواز سفر العامل؟

Dear Questioner,

A passport is a personal document or a property of your respective Government.

Whoever is holding the passport of any resident in the country without a court order does that in violation of the UAE Law.

You may consider filing a complaint in MOHRE against your employer regarding this or even a police complaint can also be filed.
