Can an expert case uncover hidden accounts and linked company transactions automatically?

If I start an expert case, would the expert be able to retrieve all the company’s bank accounts automatically (including hidden ones), or would I need to take additional action?
If suspicious transactions involve another company, can their bank accounts be checked automatically within the same case?

In cases requiring judicial expertise, a specialized expert is appointed to examine the documents and financial data related to the case.
However, the expert does not have automatic access to all the company's bank accounts, especially those that are not declared or hidden.
To enable the expert to access these accounts, the following steps must be taken:
- Judicial order: The court must issue an order allowing the expert to view the specified bank accounts.
- Cooperation of the parties concerned: The company concerned must provide the required documents and information to the expert, including details of the bank accounts.
With regard to suspicious transactions related to another company, the expert cannot automatically examine the accounts of that company within the same case. This requires:
- Expanding the scope of the investigation: A request must be submitted to the court to expand the scope of the investigation to include the other company.
- Issuing judicial orders: The court must issue orders allowing the expert to access the accounts of the other company.
