Q: Hi. I would like to ask a question. I had a bank loan in 2013, and due to crises, I lost my job in 2015 and couldn't continue my loan instalments. But now, I got a job in Dubai, and before coming to Dubai I spoke to the bank from my home country to remove police case and allow me to come to Dubai. The outstanding amount was AED 68K. The bank gave me a release letter with the help of Central Bank on the condition that I will continue my loan instalments, but my salary is not that big to be able to continue. So now the bank is telling me they will make a travel ban and civil case against me. My question is if bank files a case and I pay a fine in court against the cheque bounce, will the central bank or local bank still make another case or travel ban? Please help me and give your advice. Thank you

Q: Dear Sir, I have a credit card cheque bounce case of AED 57,000. I've already paid the fine of AED 2020 in the police station but the bank is still calling me a for the payment of AED 57,000. They told me they're filing a civil case against me. Please tell me about the further procedure if they file a civil case, and if there is any travel ban or any other fine on me.

Q: I had taken a car loan from a finance company and couldn't pay back completely. However, a case was filed and I paid the fine given by Dubai Courts in July 2017 and left the country in December 2017. My car has been impounded for not renewing the license. Can I come back to Dubai? Will there be an issue?

Q: Dear Legaladvice Me, I have a personal loan of 28k and accrued to almost 50k currently that was not paid for almost 2 years now. The bank has already bounced the cheque and fine has been paid. In relation to this, I have questions Will the civil case likely happen? Is it better to wait for the civil case or negotiate with the bank as I believe it is still can be negotiated through court?
