Subsequent civil case by the bank after payment of fine
I have a car loan default of AED 24000/- with Ajman bank. The bank filed a case for 52000/- (bounced security cheque). I paid fine and cleared the case and travel ban.
What is the net step by the bank now?
Shall I approach the bank to solve the case?
Let me know what is the next procedure.
Thanks and regards

Dear Questioner,
Since you have paid the fine, your criminal liability is over.
Please note that the bank always has an option to file a civil case against you for recovery.
You may defend the matter by submitting the proof of repayment you had made before.
It's up to you if you want to settle the debt with the bank or not.
I would recommend you talk to the bank and settle the same at the earliest.
Thank you
