Must I attend my hearing after objecting to a judgment made in my absence?

Good afternoon,

I have a case in Abu Dhabi prosecution and I filed an objection because the judgment was made in my absence.

I see their response now, telling me: "The session to consider my opposition has been set for tomorrow at 8:30."

I would like to know if I should be present. Can someone help me?

Good afternoon,

In your case with the Abu Dhabi prosecution, where you have made an objection due to the judgment being made in your absence, it is crucial for you to attend the session scheduled to consider your opposition tomorrow at 8:30.

Your presence is typically required during such proceedings to present your case effectively and address any concerns or arguments you may have.

It is recommended that you attend the session or seek legal representation to assist you during this critical phase of the legal process.

Your active participation can help ensure that your objections are properly heard and considered.

Dear Inquirer,

Yes, you should be present at the session scheduled to consider your objection.

Your personal presence strengthens your position and allows you to present any additional evidence or arguments to support your objection.

If you have a lawyer, it is best to attend with them to ensure all necessary information and documents are properly presented.

It is best to have a lawyer present to prevent any risks that may occur.

If you need further clarification, you can contact us.

Dear Questioner,

Thanks for your inquiry!

Regarding the above, we would like to inform you that, according to UAE law, it is not mandatory for you to be present during the session to consider your opposition.

However, it is highly recommended that you attend the session or have a legal representative present on your behalf.

This will allow you to present your case and arguments in person, and also ensure that your rights are protected.

If you are unable to attend, you can also submit a written statement to the court explaining your objections.

It is important to note that the court may proceed with the case and make a decision even if you are not present.

Therefore, it is advisable to attend the session or have a legal representative present to represent your interests.

Kindly do not hesitate to contact us via phone or email for further guidance.

Greetings,

It is necessary for you to go to court. If you do not go, your objection will be canceled.
