I am presently working and my contract will finish on 12 Jan 2019. Legally, no notice was given to me nor told to renew or cancel.
How does it go if I do not renew and they don't say anything? Will it renew itself or it gets cancelled?

Q: I was working with a company in Abu Dhabi since 2014 and successfully completed my 2-year limited contract.
Now, I sent a non-renewal letter to my company after finishing my contract, but they are forcing me to sign one more contract and not releasing me by saying that I am supervising many projects and I cannot leave suddenly.
It is very important for me to go back to my country and solve my personal problems. kindly suggest, what should I do?
I have already booked a complaint against them in labour but I am worried that through labour dept. it will take time as my employer always skip court hearings.
Kindly suggest and also correct me if I am wrong, do the employee in a limited contract need to give notice period before the expiry of work permit?

Good day!
I just wanted to seek your advice about my situation.
My labour contract in my company will be finished on December 14 as well as my Emirates ID and I am planning not to renew if I will be confirmed with the new company I'm applying for.
So I wanted to know if I need to submit to my company now a resignation letter or non-renewal letter and kindly explain to me why?

Can the employer ask the employee to pay visa expenses upon finishing contract?

Q: My two-year contract will expire in July 2021, and I resigned in January with a six-month notice period, as required by company policy.
However, after I’ve sent the resignation letter, they've asked me to pay for my visa. They told me I needed to work for at least 5 years to cover all of the recruiting costs, which was sadly stipulated in my employment contract.
As per my knowledge, employers are not permitted to reimburse any recruitment/visa expenses from employees. Furthermore, I will complete my 2 years contract so why do I need to pay it.

Q: Hello,
I have been working for my employer for 2 years under a limited contract, and the expiration date is after one month.
I’ve told my employer that I am resigning and not renewing the contract. He refused to accept my resignation.
But I am going to work till the expiration date of my contract.
Can I open a case in advance (before my last working day) that he is not cancelling my visa?

Can the employer force the employee to renew a limited contract upon its expiry?

Q: I'm working as a security guard for the last 3 years in Dubai, since June 2018 and still working. My visa is going to finish in August 2021.
I don't need to renew my contract again but my employer is accepting my resignation paper before 45 days. They are forcing to renew the contract.
If my visa is finished, can I go to my country?
Also, my passport is going to finish this August after my visa expires. Can I complain at the police station?

This is A. I work in a beauty salon in Dubai as a beautician since 2020 and my visa will expire on 15 January 2023.
I don't want to renew my contract here in my current company because I have got a good opportunity in another company.
According to my contract, it is written if I want to terminate my contract, I need to write a letter before 90 days. But I don't want to renew my contract here anyhow.
So please suggest to me what I should do.
