Hello,

If you have received treatment and are no longer infectious it is possible that you could still be allowed to obtain a visa.

But the decision will depend on several factors including the specific requirements and policies of UAE visa authorities.

You have to submit the medical report and also they may require you to undergo additional medical testing to make sure that you're no longer contagious.

If you have any clarification please share your WhatsApp number for further details.
