Marriage procedure in Dubai if the bride is in a different country
Hi,
I am a Pakistani living in Dubai for the last four years and the person I want to get married is an Egyptian national but she is divorced, and living and working in Oman.
My question is to get to know if it is possible for us to get married in Dubai, and if yes, then what is the procedure and how much is the legal cost here to get married?

You can marry that Egyptian lady from Dubai provided you have a valid residence visa here.
She can come here for some time and both of you should go for the medical, and if it is found ok, her father or brother or else a POA holder from them also should be here to conduct the marriage ceremonies.
