My salary account is frozen despite paying court dues. What should I do?

Hi,

My salary account is frozen, but I've already paid all my pending money to the court.

However, my account is still frozen. What should I do? I have applied for an NOC.

Dear Questioner,

You must submit a request to unfreeze the account and state your full commitment to paying the outstanding amounts to the court.

In this case, the decision will be issued in your favor. You must also contact the bank to ask about the documents that you must bring for this purpose.

If anything else is required, don’t hesitate to contact us via email or call our offices in Dubai or Sharjah.

I went to banks, but they said they can't do anything because it's from the Dubai court, and the bank doesn't need any documents.

Then you must submit a request to the judge to issue a decision to unfreeze the account and contact the bank to implement the decision.

Dear Questioner,

We have to submit several requests to remove this order and obtain clearance from the court. Then, and only then, can you get access to your account. We can also submit the request.

If you need further clarification, please share your WhatsApp number.
