Remote resignation with a pending loan and a possible case
Hi there,
I hope you can help me with this.
Last November 2016, I went on vacation for a month but suddenly my father got sick and I had to stay more in my country.
So I didn't come back and I just sent a resignation letter through email to my manager but he never responded. I owe my company a loan now and I'm planning to be back.
How can I check if I have any police case or ban?

Additional documents that would be needed to help in the enquiry are the copy of your passport and visa page.
