Dear Questioner,

Yes, as long as there is no employment contract issued by the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation.

Dear Questioner,

In the event that your employer independently declines to proceed with the contract, it may indicate that he does not wish to continue the employment relationship.

If the contract has not been approved by the Ministry of Labor, this could imply that you are not bound by the agreement and are free to explore other job opportunities.

However, it is advisable to have an open conversation with your employer to try and resolve the issue. You may be able to come to a mutually agreeable settlement.

Alternatively, you can submit a complaint to the Ministry of Labor to seek their guidance on the matter.

They can provide assistance in resolving any disputes and ensuring that both parties' rights are protected.

Dear questioner,

If you have not signed the MOHRE labor contract, then you can ask for the same from the employer and if he is not initiating the same, you can leave employment because it is illegal to work in UAE without signing a labor contract.
