I forged sick leave, leading to termination. Can company withhold gratuity?

I provided my company with a forged sick leave, which led to my termination. My question is, does the company have the right not to pay my gratuity after working for more than 2 years?

According to UAE labor law, an employee who is terminated for committing a fraudulent act, such as providing a forged sick leave, may not be entitled to receive gratuity payments.
This is because the termination was a result of the employee's own misconduct.
