How to speed up a complaint I made against my employer for not paying full notice period and salary?

I made а complaint against my employer for not paying full notice period salary and for due salary (38 days salary) on 02-02-24 and I received a call from the Labor Advisor to research the complaint.
Тhereafter, I received one SMS stating that they would contact me again on 05-02-24 at 04:30 pm. But until now, I haven’t received any call or update from the Labor Advisor.
In MOHRE, it’s showing that recommendations are not yet approved by the Ministry.
Please advise me on what to do.

Please check your jurisdiction whether your company is situated in the mainland or in a free zone.
Also, if the company is on the mainland, we need to file once again the request with MOHRE.
