If I cancel my visa and transfer immediately to a new visa, can I claim all my benefits?

If you cancel your visa and transfer to a new one, you will still be entitled to your end-of-service benefits as long as you have completed one year of service with your previous employer.

Note that Article 53 of the current labor law requires the employer to pay end-of-service benefits to the employee within just 14 days of contract termination date ."
