Dear Client,

Thanks for your question! I hope you are doing well. I will assist you in this matter.

If you were terminated during your probationary period in DMCC, review your employment contract, consult with HR, and seek legal advice from us if you believe your termination was unfair or in violation of your contract.

Consider filing a complaint with the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation, gather evidence and be prepared for negotiation.

For any further legal assistance, you can WhatsApp us. We have an extensive team of knowledgeable and experienced lawyers to provide the legal assistance you need.

We will be happy to help you.

Thanks & Regards,

Dear Questioner,

You can file a complaint either through the website of DMCC authority or through the contact number of the Labor cell and report your complaint.

As per law, the companies should have provided a written termination notice with an explanation for the termination and a notice period within the company.

If you need further clarification, please share your WhatsApp number.

Dear Questioner,

If the employer has not provided you the notice period which is according to your contract by formal notification, you can file a complaint against them.

If they are not willing to provide you with the notice period, they can offer you payment in lieu of notice according to your employment contract if you accept the same.

Now, you may approach the free zone authority to file a complaint against your employer.

If you need further clarification, we will discuss more.
