Claiming labour entitlements after resignation and visa cancellation

Hi,

I was working in an IT company under DMCC but I resigned as they were not paying salary on time and they were torturing their employees.

I found another job and I had to cancel my visa to join the other job but they didn't pay my salary and dues of AED 17000 yet, even after cancellation.

Can I still claim it legally?

Did you sign a paper that you received all your dues before the visa is cancelled?

Without this paper, the visa cannot be cancelled.

My visa was under DMCC, so they did it by themselves and they said verbally we will pay and I trusted them.
