المطالبة بالمستحقات العمالية بعد الاستقالة وإلغاء التأشيرة

مرحبًا،

كنت أعمل في شركة لتكنولوجيا المعلومات تابعة لمركز دبي للسلع المتعددة، لكنني استقلت لأنهم لم يدفعوا الرواتب في الوقت المحدد وكانوا يعذبون موظفيهم.

لقد وجدت وظيفة أخرى واضطررت إلى إلغاء تأشيرتي للانضمام إلى الوظيفة الأخرى لكنهم لم يدفعوا راتبي والمستحقات الأخرى بقيمة 17000 درهم إماراتي حتى الآن، حتى بعد إلغاء التأشيرة.

هل لا يزال بإمكاني المطالبة بهذه المستحقات؟

Did you sign a paper that you received all your dues before the visa is cancelled?

Without this paper, the visa cannot be cancelled.

My visa was under DMCC, so they did it by themselves and they said verbally we will pay and I trusted them.

Please go back to DMCC and tell them to file a complaint that the employer did not pay.
