Questions & Answers
How can I get a police clearance certificate from Dubai if I left with unsettled bank debts?
I need help in getting a police clearance from Dubai. I left the UAE in 2018 and left my bank debts unsettled.
Can someone please help me understand how I can negotiate my situation in the most reasonable way?
Thank you

Yes, we can help you in this situation.
Dear Client,
Thanks for your question, I hope you are doing well. I will definitely assist you in this matter.
We appreciate your inquiry and trust that you are in good health. Rest assured, we are committed to providing you with the necessary support.
To proceed with your request, we kindly request you to provide us with a copy of your previous passport and visa to WhatsApp, which you held during your time in the UAE. This will enable us to thoroughly examine your case.
Following this, we can arrange a Google meeting to discuss the potential of resolving your outstanding matters through the utilization of the new cheque law in the UAE, potentially negating the need to engage with the banks for settlement.
For further information, you can contact us through WhatsApp or email.
Thanks & Regards

Dear questioner
We can negotiate on behalf of you for the reduction of the final amount or for an affordable monthly payment plan with the bank.
Please share your whatsapp number if you need our assistance in your matter.
Dear User,
In order to obtain a police clearance certificate, you need to have a clear file and no active cases against you.
You can try contacting the bank directly to discuss an installment plan, and explain your reasons for not paying the outstanding amount and your willingness to pay it back in installments.
Your second option is to hire a lawyer to negotiate a repayment plan with the bank on your behalf, and follow up with the legal procedures until you obtain your police clearance certificate.
Regards.

Dear Karen Abo
Hope you are doing well.
I can assist you in this situation, but for that, I will need more details regarding the debts and the banks.
There is a possibility of a travel ban issued against you, we can check that, but we will need your old visa copy or Emirates ID copy.
You will need to clear your debts and remove the ban if there is any, and then only you can get the police clearance.
If need be, we can discuss this matter in detail on a video call.
You can reach out to us over WhatsApp or email.
Thanks & Regards

Yes. There are possibilities to negotiate with this bank to settle this issue and get a clearance as well.
If they already filed a case, then we will submit the same request to the court to reduce the amount and submit a request for clearance as well.
Hence the amount due from 2018 can be considered.
We will discuss further. Share your WhatsApp number if you want to proceed with us.

Good evening.
Yes, you can clear your travel ban but first, you have to make a power of attorney to clear it and ask all the concerned authorities if you have any case in your name to settle it.
For further information, contact us at Abdelaziz AL Zaabi Advocates and legal consultants on call or Whatsapp.
Checking must first be conducted to determine whether there are any legal cases against you or not.
Afterward, details of those cases need to be identified and resolved.
Subsequently, a clearance certificate can be obtained from the police. We can assist in this process.
