My brother has applied for a mercy petition to lift the judicial deportation. He completed a 1-month jail sentence for forgery.
The petition has been approved at the initial stage by the Dubai public prosecution office, but we are told that the final committee meets only twice a year to make the final decision.
My question is, does any reliable source know when these meetings typically occur in a year?
