Lifting a permanent ban and traveling to the UAE on a spouse/dependent visa

Hello,

I have a permanent ban in the UAE due to old lung scars. As my wife has found a job in Dubai, she wants to sponsor me as a dependent.

Is it possible to remove the permanent ban and allow me to travel to the UAE on a Spouse/Dependent visa?

Thanks for your question! I hope you are doing well. I will assist you in this matter.

A permanent ban due to medical reasons can be challenging to overturn. Consult with us to explore potential options and assess your eligibility for a spouse/dependent visa.

It may require a medical evaluation and approval from UAE immigration authorities.

Dear Questioner,

Permanent ban imposed on a person can be removed only by submitting a mercy request to the authority. The authority will be considering the petition according to the nature of the case.

If you need further clarification, we will arrange a legal consultation session for a charge. Share your WhatsApp number if you want to go with the services.

Dear Questioner,

You must get a medical report from a government hospital stating that you are free from TB and attested by authorities, and then you need to hire a lawyer to apply for mercy.

Please contact our office manager on his mobile with WhatsApp availability also.

Unfortunately, the chances of lifting your permanent ban and obtaining a spouse/dependent visa in the UAE are very slim.

You could seek a medical re-assessment by a recognized UAE health authority to confirm the nature and stability of his lung scars, demonstrating no risk of contagious diseases.
