Claiming passport from the employer to get bailed from jail
My fiance has a case in Dubai and has been jailed since Oct 7. Last November 28, the prosecutor approved his bail.
But the problem is we cannot release him because his company doesn't want to give his passport.
What will be the procedure for us to get the passport since it has been approved by the prosecutor and judge?

The guarantee may involve retaining the passport of the accused or their family members and friends.
